Indian Air Force organises Paralympics event for special kids in Delhi

Seeking to encourage differently-abled children, the Indian Air Force is organising a Paralympics event for 60 such kids in Delhi belonging to air warriors posted at different places.

The events will be held at the Western Air Command in Delhi where they would be participating in events such as track and field, bocce, table tennis, wheelchair race, shot put, relay race, badminton, roller skates, archery and football.

IAF officers said once the event is organised at the command level, it would then be held at the national level.
